  • - How often should an unoccupied apartment be ventilated?

    - The rainy season in Phuket lasts from May to October. With high humidity, it’s recommended to ventilate at least once or twice a week. Closed spaces here quickly become stale — moisture builds up, mold appears, textiles and electronics start to deteriorate. Simply opening the windows and running the air conditioners in dry mode for an hour helps prevent most of these issues.

  • - We’re just going away on vacation. Can you stop by every couple of weeks to air out the place, make sure everything is okay, and water the plants?

    - Of course. We can visit your apartment or house on a pre-agreed schedule. We’ll air out the rooms, check that everything is in order, and water the garden and indoor plants if needed. We’ll send you a video report. You can stay at ease, even from thousands of kilometers away.

  • - We read that there was a storm in Phuket. We’re worried something might have leaked. Can you go and check?

    - Yes, we do emergency visits after storms and heavy rain. We check windows, balconies, ceilings, and walls for any leaks or damage. You’ll receive a photo and video report.

  • - We only stay in Phuket during the winter, and the apartment is empty in the summer. Can we arrange regular visits to prevent insects or damage to appliances?
    - Yes, this is exactly the kind of situation where our visits can help prevent more serious issues. We’ll inspect the apartment, air it out, check for signs of moisture, mustiness, mold, ants, or termites. You’ll receive a report with photos and video.
  • - We rent out our apartment on Airbnb, and guests check in on their own. We’d like you to handle the check-out, inspect the apartment, collect the keys, and calculate utilities. Do you offer that?

    - Yes, we can handle both check-ins and check-outs. We’ll inspect the apartment, take photos, calculate utility charges based on the meter readings, collect the keys, and accept payment if needed. Everything is done by checklist, with a full report.

  • - Some friends will be staying at our place temporarily. Can you check the apartment after they leave to make sure everything is okay?
    - Yes, of course. We’ll visit and inspect the apartment, check that everything is in place and that there are no damages or signs of careless use. We’ll provide a photo report and can help arrange cleaning if needed. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your property is in good condition.
  • - Can you arrange an airport transfer for our guests?

    - Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from standard Toyota Commuter to Mercedes Sprinter and Toyota Alphard. We also offer a Fast Track service for expedited immigration clearance.

  • - Can we ask you to check how the renovation is going at our property?

    - This is a common request when cosmetic repairs are being done while you’re away. Upon request, we can inspect the progress and quality of the work as independent observers. You’ll receive a photo and video report.
