We meet your tenants, hand over the keys, record utility meter readings, and if needed, collect payment or a security deposit. After guests check out, we inspect the condition of the property, collect the keys, document any damage, and calculate utility charges.

After each check-in and check-out, you receive photos and a brief report on the condition of the property and all actions taken. The property is under control, your guests are happy, and you stay at ease.
